Nathana.com keeps track of organizations to which works may be licensed so that when two or more works are assigned to the same organization, anybody associated with that organization can have access to those works.

To assign a music license to an organization, you must first add this organization into the My Organizations list. You can do that on the Manage Organizations page.

When adding an organization to the My Organizations list, please check to see if that organization already exists in the master list. It is to your benefit to find and use an existing entry for your organization. By using existing entries, you are insuring that everybody associated with that organization (including you, if you purchase music for that organization) will have access to all the music licensed to that organization.

If you find that your organization already exists in the master list, you can add it to the My Organizations list.

If that organization does not yet exist in the master list, you can create a new entry for the organization by entering the organization's full name, city, and state or country. This organization will then be added to the My Organizations list. Please double check all spelling! If you make a mistake in any part of the registration, you can safely delete the organization from My Organizations list and reenter the data.

Once you've added your organization(s) to the My Organizations list, you can then assign licenses to these organizations in your shopping cart. Once you have successfully purchased your music, any organizations you added for these purchases will be added to the master list that everybody can see. Note that no other user will see your organization in the master list until you've purchased music for this organization.
