Once
a license has been purchased for an individual or
organization, they remain recoverable within the system by
any user who is considered to have valid access to the
license.
- If a work is licensed to an individual, then you must
be logged in as that individual to access copies of the
licensed file.
- If a work is licensed to an organization, then any
user is considered to be "part of that organization" can
have access to the work. Currently, the only way to be
considered part of an organization is to be logged in as
an individual who has purchased a work for that
organization.
